TechRail Solutions is seeking a Data Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Python to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in the end-to-end project lifecycle, encompassing design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable business products.
• Develop robust server-side logic and services using languages like Python, Java, C#, or Node.js.
• Integrate with databases and manage data flows between front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver products that meet business needs.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote best practices.
• Debug issues, fix defects, and optimize application performance.
• Partner with IT teams to ensure application security, reliability, and scalability.
• Document processes, configurations, and technical decisions.

Required Qualification:

• Proven experience in back-end development.
• Proficiency in following languages: Python, and SQL.
• Experience with database integration and data flow management.
• Minimum 0-2 yrs. experience with Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Manage ETL workflows, conducted statistical modeling, and generated structured datasets to support business intelligence and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with importing/exporting data, data cleaning (handling missing values),data transformation (merging, joining, reshaping), statistical analysis, and data visualization using Pandas.
• Experience using ETL/ELT workflows. Strong logic and reasoning skills.
• Open to relocation throughout United States.
• Possess full legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
